Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for Atmosphere Models.

At Atmosphere Models, we are committed to providing professional and respectful services to both our clients and our models.

Therefore, we establish the following conditions for hiring our services:

Mutual respect: we request respectful and cordial behavior among all parties involved in the events in which our models participate.

Maintaining an adequate distance: our models must maintain an adequate distance from event attendees to ensure their safety and protect their privacy.

Speaking with courtesy and respect: communication between our models and event attendees should be courteous and respectful. While the atmosphere will be festive, it is recommended to use good language to avoid any discomfort for both the models and the guests.

Our atmosphere models are hired to add beauty to your events and make your guests feel comfortable. Our models’ work is natural and fluid, as they will converse, laugh, dance, and enjoy your event or party. In addition, their attire will be in keeping with the occasion and the type of event. It is important to note that our models do not offer any other additional services.

Respect for contractual working hours: our models must comply with the working hours established in the contract and respect the agreed arrival and departure times.

Supervisor present at all times: we have a supervisor from our agency always present near the event to ensure that our models have the necessary support and to resolve any eventualities that may arise during the event. In the case of the event or party taking place on a yacht, the supervisor will only receive and deliver them to the client and will wait for them to return after the contract hours.

Regarding our privacy policies, we guarantee that the personal data of our models and clients will be treated with absolute confidentiality and will only be used for purposes related to the contracted services. We do not share personal information with third parties without prior authorization from our clients or models.

Limited liability: we are responsible for the well-being of our models while working with us, but we are not responsible for any damage, loss, or injury that may occur during or outside the event. All participants assume responsibility for their own actions and personal belongings.

If any of our models want to continue the party after the end of the reservation hours with our agency, it will be at their own risk.

At our agency, we are committed to providing quality, professionalism, closeness, and respect for all parties involved in our events.

To reserve and hire our atmosphere models, a deposit of 50% of the budgeted value is required in our bank account, by credit card (5% surcharge), or through the Zelle app. The remaining 50% balance will be paid when our models arrive at the event or party.

If you wish to continue enjoying the company, beauty, and friendliness of our models after the reservation hours have ended, the additional hourly cost will be included in the budget we have previously sent you.
